The Meuse
Situated halfway between Paris and Strasbourg, at the gateway to Belgium and Champagne-Ardenne, the Meuse has a lot to offer. It takes its name from the river that flows through it from south to north: the Meuse!
Over a distance of 950 km, the river crosses France, Belgium and the Netherlands before joining the North Sea.
The Meuse is part of the historic and cultural region of Lorraine and is now part of the administrative region Grand Est.
La Meuse in 2 minutes, very closed to major cities:
- Meuse TGV station – 1 hour from Paris Gare de l’Est, 1 hour 10 minutes from CDG airport, 1 hour from Strasbourg.
- A4 motorway – 3 hours from Paris, 2 hours 30 minutes from Strasbourg, 1 hour from Metz, 1 hour 20 minutes from Reims.
