Gear Controls
As part of a dedicated department, we have testing machines specifically designed for testing gear teeth, enabling us to check all types of gear teeth produced at CORDM.
Cylindrical gears are inspected according to several criteria (profile, helix, division and run-out), which enables us to grade the quality of the teeth according to the various usual standards (ISO 1328, DIN 3962, AGMA).
Bevel and spiral bevel gears are inspected by topography of the tooth flanks (which enables the relief of the flanks to be visualised.)
