{"id":3676,"date":"2024-11-22T11:26:26","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T10:26:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crm.lafabrikk.dev\/our-means\/mecanique-generale\/"},"modified":"2026-03-12T14:15:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-12T13:15:05","slug":"general-mechanics","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.cordm.com\/en\/our-means\/general-mechanics\/","title":{"rendered":"General mechanics"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Thanks to its strong policy of investment, CORDM has been able to maintain a modern, high-performance machining workshop year after year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our workshop is composed of four separate machining sections (Turning \/ Milling \/ Gear cutting (see Resources &#8211; Gear cutting) \/ Cylindrical and gear grinding (see Resources &#8211; Gear grinding).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To produce precision gears, it is essential that the general mechanical toothed part is also machined to a high degree of precision.<br>To achieve this, our turning and milling sections are maintained with the utmost prevention during preventive and corrective maintenance by our machining and maintenance technicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our turning section is made up of 10 latest-generation CNC machines from the same manufacturer, enabling our machining technicians to be highly versatile on each CNC machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our machining capacity goes up to 2,500 mm in horizontal length and 1,600 mm in vertical diameter, with a maximum weight of 2,500 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2023, we have also been equipped with a twin-spindle lathe fitted with a robotised loading and unloading cell, enabling us to produce small and medium-sized serial components.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks to its strong policy of investment, CORDM has been able to maintain a modern, high-performance machining workshop year after year.
