{"id":3632,"date":"2024-11-22T11:06:00","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T10:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crm.lafabrikk.dev\/services\/production-gears\/rectification-engrenage\/"},"modified":"2025-09-01T09:17:42","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T07:17:42","slug":"teeth-grinding","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.cordm.com\/en\/services\/our-workshop\/teeth-grinding\/","title":{"rendered":"Teeth grinding"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teeth grinding is the value added of our parts!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CORDM&#8217;s strategy is to produce high-precision gears for high-speed applications (+20,000 rpm).<br>To achieve this, teeth grinding is essential in order to obtain micrometric precision!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our teams&#8217; expertise enables us to grind gears up to 1600mm in diameter and up to ISO 1328 quality 4.<br>We have large-scale CNC grinding machines using form grinding wheels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To enable us to produce high-precision gear teeth, we also carry out cylindrical and surface grinding on our parts.<br>We can perform cylindrical grinding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Horizontal for gears up to 1.5 tonnes &#8211; \u00d8600mm x 2500mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vertical for gears up to 2 tonnes &#8211; \u00d81600mm x 600mm.<br>We also carry out surface grinding for parts with a volume not exceeding: Length 1500mm x Width 500mm x Height 400mm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether you need single parts or for small and medium-sized production, don&#8217;t hesitate to contact us so that we can check the feasibility of your gears on our production facilities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teeth grinding is the value added of our parts!
